Beverage Garden Shifts

  • Sell tickets & support beverage garden logistics

  • Ticket sales are via Square digital checkout system (training available)

  • Primarily a seated role

  • Located near the main stage area: enjoy the music!

Multiple shifts available in these times. See area below to select specific shifts.
Friday - 3:00 - 11:30 p.m.
Saturday - 10 a.m. - 12 a.m.
Sunday - 11 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Kid Zone Shifts

  • Our Kid Zone will be located in the playground area of Ober Park

  • Primarily standing / walking role

  • Activities include Camp Sealth-hosted programming, bouncy houses, face painting, crafts and more. All activities have dedicated folks managing them.

  • Volunteers needed to help answer questions and answer questions people may have

  • Training prior to festival available

  • You’ll be next door to the Main Stage so you’ll get to hear the music while volunteering

Sunday - 12 - 4 p.m.

Merchandise Shifts

  • Selling our exclusive Strawberry Festival Merchandise

  • Chair available, under a tent for shade

  • Training & ongoing support available

  • Sales via Square digital checkout system

  • Booth located on Vashon Hwy, near the entrance to the Library

  • Close to the music for your entertainment :)

Saturday - 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.

Parade Shifts

  • The parade starts at 10 a.m. this year (9 a.m. line-up)

  • Standing / walking roles

  • Volunteers will help with participant line-up, crowd clearing and general safety

  • Be involved at the HEART of festival ~ Everyone loves the parade!
