We're grateful for your help! As a thank-you, volunteers receive one Beverage Garden drink ticket for each shift worked, with both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options available.

  3. You CAN (AND SHOULD) SELECT MULTIPLE SHIFTS before clicking ‘Confirm My Volunteer Shifts’ (it’ll show you a list)

  5. You’ll RECEIVE an email confirmation

  6. Volunteer TRAINING via Zoom coming the week prior to Strawberry Festival

Shift Descriptions

Tickets at Beverage Garden

  • Sell tickets & support beverage garden logistics

  • Ticket sales are via Square digital checkout system (training available)

  • Located near the main stage area: enjoy the music!

  • Primarily a seated role

Vendor Check-In & Out

  • Stand at north & south barriers (separate roles) to check-in/out vendors

  • Support event project manager at needed

  • Primarily standing / walking role

Parade (South End)

  • The parade starts at 10 a.m. (9 a.m. line-up)

  • Volunteers will help with participant line-up, crowd clearing and general safety

  • Hand out traffic redirect flyers to cars who are trying to navigate around street closures during the parade

  • Be involved at the HEART of festival ~ Everyone loves the parade!

  • Standing / walking role

Parade (North End)

  • We need people to help manage the flow of parade traffic at the finish

  • Standing / walking role

Main Stage Green Room

  • Work alongside the Stage Manager & Parks District to welcome and assist the bands arriving for their next set

  • Monitor who is back stage

  • Standing / walking role
