Why be a vendor?

The Vashon Island Strawberry Festival is more than an event — it’s a cherished tradition that brings together community, music, food, art, and 20,000 enthusiastic visitors from around the Sound. From our Saturday morning parade to live music, great food, fun activities, and bustling vendor booths, the island is alive all weekend long.

This iconic celebration has been delighting crowds for generations, and we’re inviting artisan, general goods, art, clothing, home good, nonprofits, food vendors and more… to be part of the magic. It’s a vibrant, high-traffic weekend that’s as good for business as it is for the soul.

Visitors come for the beloved Saturday morning parade, live music on our Main Stage, incredible food, fun activities, Sunday’s car show, and a bustling vendor marketplace is a big part of it all.

Booth pricing is competitive — and notably lower than many festivals in our region — and last year’s vendors praised it as one of our most successful festivals in recent memory. If you’re looking for a joyful, well-attended event where your products can truly shine, we’d love to welcome you.

Apply today and be part of our sweet Vashon community celebration!

Getting here is easy — and that means strong regional draw for you. Festival goers arrive by ferry from West Seattle (Fauntleroy), from the Kitsap Peninsula via Southworth, and from the Tacoma area via the Point Defiance route to the south end of the island. King County now offers Water Taxi services for walk-on and bicycles on Saturday & Sunday from downtown Seattle’s Coleman Dock directly to Vashon. Metro buses are timed to pick up walk on ferry riders to take them to the Festival’s location: Uptown Vashon. Four easy routes, one beautiful island destination.
