Thank you for participating in the Strawberry Festival parade! We look forward to seeing you at 10am at the Methodist Church on Saturday morning, July 20th.

Important participation details:

Lineup begins at 10am at the Methodist Church. Entries will line up as you arrive, so if you'd like to be toward the start of the parade, arrive at 10am. Unfortunately, we do not have a way to accommodate specific placement requests.

Do not plan to arrive after 10.30am. Only vehicles participating in the parade will be able pass the 10am northbound closure at 192nd st. If you are dropping people off, you must plan to off-load at the Church before 10am when the northbound lane closes. Do not plan to stop in the southbound lane to unload. This will create significant traffic problems.

Vehicles participating in the parade should plan to arrive for lineup headed northbound. At no point should vehicles turn across traffic from the southbound lane to lineup.

SAFETY FIRST! Please bring your situational awareness with you. Entries should line up one after the other in the northbound lane toward the white fog line. Please stay away from the double yellow line, and be observant at all times. Please closely monitor any children participating in the parade.

The main parade begins at 11am (after the 10.45 Kids Parade). If you are toward the back of the parade, you may not be moving until well after 11.

The parade will end and disperse for pedestrians at the Park N Ride to the north of Ober Park, and for vehicles at the traffic closure at 171st. There will be no vehicle return to the Festival after this point - vehicles will continue northbound on Vashon Highway.

Your contingent will be announced when you pass Voice of Vashon using the information you provided when you signed up.
